What is the NCC?
Just like a regular city Chamber of Commerce, the NHA Natural Chamber of Commerce's (NCC) mission is to nurture a vibrant economy and raise the quality of life for everyone on the Central Coast.

What does it do?
However, the NCC is also geared exclusively to supporting and promoting business owners in the field of natural health. The NCC will be hosting monthly mixers for networking, featuring one business a month whose owner will have 5-10 minutes to introduce what he or she does so NCC members can help to publicize the business. The mixers will be fun, casual, and informative, built on the spirit of creating a community of healers who support each other.

Why should I join?
With the conventional medical establishment, the FDA, and pharmaceutical companies becoming increasingly powerful, it's more important than ever for natural health advocates to gather, exchange information, and talk about how best we can help each other and our customers. The NHA will provide a forum for that discussion and an opportunity for all of us to increase the quality and range of our services.

When your business receives the official NHA Stamp of Approval, which we fondly call the Seal of Wonderfulness, you become a member of a select group whose mission, ingredients, process, or other criteria meet the very high standards that the NHA is setting for the natural health industry
--particularly in the areas of food and supplement manufacturing.

Dentists (only Huggins or other natural methods)
Doulas, midwives, and other alternative birth educators

Nutritionists/health coaches and consultants
Organic farmers and produce growers (no pesticide is sufficient)
Pain therapists (cold laser, Rolfing, Feldenkris, etc.)

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioners
Veterinarians (holistic or alternative)
Vitamin and supplement makers
Yoga studios and teachers
Anyone else who helps people get healthy naturally!

How much does it cost?
