NHA Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your NHA purchase. However, we also want you to be fair in dealing with us so we can continue to offer a liberal return policy. Please don't abuse our trust by returning virtually empty containers, for instance, and telling us you didn't like it. (Those types wreck it for everyone!) Please see below for our official policy on those pesky returns:

1. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid sales receipt from the NHA. We cannot accept returns without that proof of purchase.

2. All unopened merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

3. Prior to shipping any order back, regardless of product condition, please contact our customer service department (888-315-2518) for a return authorization or email us at admin@nha4u.com. Returns shipped to our store without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Once your return has been authorized, please send your purchase and receipt to our Return Department to receive a credit to original form of tender:

International Orders
Unfortunately, the NHA cannot be responsible for any packages rejected by your country's customs department. We'll do our best to ensure that your item gets through, but we cannot guarantee it. On any package returned by customs to the NHA a refund will be issued immediately. We're sorry, but shipping charges cannot be refunded for any reason.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we send out orders so quickly, we're usually unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. Please contact customer service for inquiries on changes at 888-315-2518 or email us at admin@nha4u.com.
